Viva #7 is located in building 1 of this 6 building complex.  This ground floor, end casa is updated with granite counter tops, cook top, convection microwave, desk, smart tv, and a porch with a view. This 1 bedroom condo has a small kitchen and living space.  The bathroom has a shower unit.

Our casa is ready to host your unforgetable oceanfront vacation on the Sea of Cortez.

Viva Condominiums has a shared laundry facility, heated pool, BBQ area with gas and charcoal grills, and a tennis/pickel ball court.

Steps from your porch you can relax on the white sand beach.
